WG Merkur eG

Merkur is a real estate cooperative with flats in three boroughs of Berlin. A strong focus on client’s participation and life estate makes are clear advantages. Since 2001 Extractdesign is taking care of corporate communication. Only in 2018, after 17 years, a major image-refresh was needed. Again, Extractdesign created this new corporate design. What bigger praise could there be! The logo shows a stylized Berlin map, with the flats locations, but it is also a group of human beings, united in a democratic way within the company.
