Berlin subsidy program for SMEs

To help small and medium-sized companies create new jobs, the Berlin Senate launched a funding program. The goal – long-term employments – was clear and positive, but the name of the program was bulky and sounded boring bureaucratic.

Extractdesign put people in the focus of communication, with bold colors, likeable testimonials and an understandable claim. It was time for “Die richtige Einstellung”. (Which means both “the right attitude” and “the right employment”).
