Corporate design, company slogan, interior and exterior architecture, advertising: Extractdesign completely refreshed Köpenick Nord’s image. The Berlin based real estate company offers flats in the city’s greenest borough, where countryside and city meet. Extractdesign re-designed logo, colours and introduced new font-faces. We created a much lighter and greener communication. We designed the headquarters lobby, the building’s exterior, entrance portals, signage. Plus we created a small park with seating area, everything designed and mounted by us.
